Teams look for Upfluence alternatives for one of two reasons: they want to see a price and start without a 12-month contract, or they only use part of the platform. This page compares seven alternatives as of 16 October 2026, using each vendor's own pricing and product pages: what each costs, how you can try it, how fresh its data is, and who should pick it. Upfluence is the stronger product for e-commerce, affiliate and payment workflows after the shortlist, and the sections below say where.

What does Upfluence do best, and what does it cost?
Upfluence is an all-in-one creator platform for e-commerce brands: search, outreach, CRM, affiliate tracking, promo codes and creator payments in one product, sold as modules on a custom quote1. Its strength is everything that happens after you have chosen creators.
| Module (Upfluence's names) | What Upfluence says it adds |
|---|---|
| Find Creators | Search, lookalikes and AI-personalized outreach emails1 |
| Scale Programs | Campaign creation, e-commerce integrations, affiliation and discounts, CRM, sales analytics1 |
| Autopilot | Creator payment with Upfluence Pay, multi-currency payouts, automatic tax forms1 |
What stands out on Upfluence's own pages:
- Commerce connections. It connects to Shopify, WooCommerce and Amazon, and its promo codes work with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce and Amazon stores2.
- No cut of sales. Every plan is a fixed platform fee, and Upfluence says it takes no percentage of sales1.
- Payments. Creators can be paid inside Upfluence with PayPal or Upfluence Pay, in any currency2.
- Service. Every client gets a dedicated account manager, and there is no mandatory setup fee1.
- AI. Its Jaice AI co-pilot recommends creators and drafts outreach2; an API and MCP are listed for connecting its data to your own stack1.
Pricing. Upfluence does not publish prices: plans are "custom-quoted based on the modules you select", the free trial is set up "after an initial call", and annual plans mean "our minimum contract is 12 months"1. Its database claim differs between pages: "14M+ creators" on the pricing page and "12+ million creators" on the homepage12.
Why do teams look for an Upfluence alternative?
The usual reasons to leave or skip Upfluence are commitment and fit, not product quality:
- No public price. You cannot budget before a sales call, and you cannot compare like for like.
- A 12-month minimum. A year's commitment is a lot for a brand testing creator marketing or working one season at a time1.
- A trial that starts with a call. Teams that want to search first and talk later have no self-serve way in1.
- Paying for modules you will not use. If your team sends outreach from its own inbox and pays creators by invoice, a full suite is more than you need.
- Platform mix. Upfluence covers Twitch and Pinterest; teams that work mostly on TikTok should check how each tool vets TikTok audiences (see the authenticity note in the Kolect section).
How fresh is each tool's data?
Database size is the number vendors lead with, but freshness is what you act on: a follower or view count that is weeks old gives you the wrong shortlist and the wrong price. Here is what each vendor says about updates.
| Tool | Refresh statement (vendor's words) |
|---|---|
| Kolect | "Followers and views are refreshed before each result is shown"4 |
| HypeAuditor | "Weekly, more frequent for high-activity accounts"12 |
| Modash | "Search results are updated within 2 weeks"; unlocked profiles refresh "every 2-4 weeks"8 |
| Upfluence | Its pricing page doesn't state a refresh frequency1 |
Kolect: AI creator search and emails from $7.20 a month
Kolect is an AI creator search for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube: describe the creators you want in one sentence and search 300M+ profiles, with each result's followers and views refreshed before it is shown, a match reason, the matching videos and a 0–100 authenticity estimate4. It covers the part of Upfluence's Find module that most teams use daily, for a published monthly price.
Pricing. Light $7.20/mo (300 credits), Plus $47.20, Pro $159.20, Max $799.20, each billed monthly with cancel-any-time; yearly billing gives 2 months free; credit packs start at $24 for 1,000 credits and never expire3. One credit shows 2 creators; contact emails are included in every plan3.
Try it. See 5 creators without an account, then get 90 credits on sign-up; 20 fake-follower checks a day are free3. The same search works from Claude, Codex and other AI assistants through MCP, a CLI or a skill, on free accounts too5.
Why a TikTok check matters. In Kolect's own database, 15.8% of TikTok accounts with 5K+ followers had median views below Kolect's size-adjusted warning line, against 1.1% on Instagram and 11.7% on YouTube6. A follower count alone is a weaker signal on TikTok than on Instagram.
- Best for: brands and agencies that mainly need to find creators and their emails across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, without a contract or a sales call.
- Watch out for: three platforms only (no Twitch, Pinterest or LinkedIn); no CRM, outreach sequences, affiliate tracking, Shopify integration or creator payments in the self-serve product; no audience demographics; no creator rate data, and authenticity and niche are estimates5.
- Pick Upfluence instead if: you want discovery, outreach, promo codes, affiliate sales and payouts in one platform with an account manager, and a 12-month commitment suits you.
If you would rather hand the whole program over, Kolect's team also runs managed campaigns in which the brand approves the creators and the content4.
Modash: a self-serve suite with Shopify and payouts
Modash is the closest self-serve match to Upfluence's full feature set: discovery, an influencer CRM with Gmail or Outlook inbox, Shopify integration on every plan, and affiliate management and creator payouts on Performance and above7.
Pricing. Essentials $299/mo, or $199/mo billed annually ($2,388 a year); Performance $599/mo, or $499/mo billed annually ($5,988 a year); Enterprise from $14,700 a year7. Essentials includes 150 unlocked emails or profile exports a month and Performance 4007. The 14-day trial needs no card and includes 20 profile views and 6 email unlocks7.
- Best for: in-house teams that want Upfluence-style workflow with public prices and monthly billing.
- Watch out for: email unlocks are metered per month, and payouts and affiliate management start on Performance7.
- Pick Upfluence instead if: you need Twitch or Pinterest creators, WooCommerce or Amazon connections (Modash's pricing page lists Shopify), or a dedicated account manager12.
Our Modash alternatives page compares it in more depth.
GRIN: month-to-month creator programs with an AI agent
GRIN runs gifting, paid partnerships, affiliate and UGC programs on every plan, with its Gia AI agent, a CRM without per-contact billing, one-click Shopify and creator fees held in escrow and paid through Stripe9.
Pricing. Free $0 with a 20% management fee; Starter $200/mo with 10%; Growth $500/mo with 7%; Scale $1,500/mo with 5%; the fee is a percentage of what you deposit into your GRIN wallet; Enterprise is an annual agreement9. Self-serve plans are month to month, and Starter has a 30-day trial that bills $200 a month unless you switch before day 309.
- Best for: Shopify brands that want an all-in-one program they can start this week, with no annual contract.
- Watch out for: the wallet fee adds to every creator payment, and GRIN's "700K+ creators" claim is much smaller than the database claims of the search tools here, so check coverage in your niche9.
- Pick Upfluence instead if: you prefer a fixed platform fee with no percentage on what you pay creators1.
Shopify Collabs: a free affiliate program for Shopify stores
Shopify Collabs is Shopify's own app for recruiting creators, creating affiliate links and codes, sending product, and paying commissions automatically through Shopify billing10. It is free to install for eligible Shopify merchants, with a 2.9% payment processing fee on commission payments10.
- Best for: Shopify stores whose creator program is mainly affiliate: creators earn a commission on sales they drive.
- Watch out for: creators must create a Shopify Collabs login to take part, so you work with creators who join10; it only fits stores on Shopify.
- Pick Upfluence instead if: you also sell through WooCommerce or Amazon2, or want outreach to creators who have not joined any program yet.
HypeAuditor: the deepest audience-quality analytics
HypeAuditor is the alternative to pick if vetting matters more than workflow. It searches "227.3M+ accounts across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Twitch", refreshes data weekly (more often for high-activity accounts), and scores audiences with a multi-signal Audience Quality Score1211.
Pricing. HypeAuditor's own comparison page lists Basic at $299/mo without stating the billing period: 1 user, 1,000 creator contact unlocks, 1 active campaign, no lookalike search, with Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento integrations11.
- Best for: teams that pay for fraud and audience analysis before every booking.
- Watch out for: Basic's single user and single active campaign11.
- Pick Upfluence instead if: you want promo codes, affiliate sales and payouts run with a dedicated account manager1.
See our HypeAuditor alternatives page for how it compares with other vetting tools.
Heepsy: the cheapest suite, with a free plan
Heepsy searches "20M+ creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn", includes AI and lookalike search and a CRM on its free plan, and adds outreach emails from Starter13.
Pricing. Free (500 results and 10 advanced profiles a month); Starter $89 monthly or $69/mo annually; Plus $199 or $149; Advanced $299 or $22913. Contact emails come with advanced profiles you unlock, where the creator has public contact details; creator payments are listed on Plus13.
- Best for: small teams that want outreach and a CRM on the Starter plan ($89 monthly or $69/mo annually)13, and anyone who needs LinkedIn creators.
- Watch out for: a smaller database claim than most tools here13.
- Pick Upfluence instead if: e-commerce attribution and payouts at volume are the point.
Aspire: commerce-focused programs for larger brands
Aspire is the closest like-for-like alternative to Upfluence: a sales-led platform for commerce brands with plain-language AI creator discovery, a Shopify app that finds customers who are creators, product shipping to creators, unique tracking links per creator, and payouts14. It says it is trusted by 800+ brands and does not publish prices; you book a demo14.
- Best for: larger e-commerce brands comparing Upfluence with another full-service platform.
- Watch out for: the same sales-led buying process as Upfluence: no public price to compare before a call14.
- Pick Upfluence instead if: you need WooCommerce or Amazon connections or Twitch and Pinterest creators, which Aspire's homepage doesn't list21.

How to test an alternative before you sign anything
- Write three real briefs from your last campaigns, for example "US home-fitness micro creators on TikTok who film workouts at home".
- Run each brief in two tools on the same day, and count how many results you would actually contact.
- Check five creators by hand. Compare each tool's follower and view counts with the creator's profile today; stale numbers show here first.
- Check emails. How many shortlisted creators come with a usable email, and what each one costs.
- Price the full year. Platform fee, per-email or per-profile limits, wallet or payment fees, and seats.
- Read the cancellation terms. Monthly, annual, or a 12-month minimum.
Our guide on how to find influencers explains the vetting steps in step 3, and the free fake follower checker works on any TikTok, Instagram or YouTube profile.

How we compared these tools
We read each vendor's own pricing and product pages on 16 October 2026 and quoted prices, database claims and refresh statements as the vendor states them, with links. Where a vendor's page doesn't mention something, we say that its page doesn't list it rather than claiming it is missing. We did not use review-site scores, third-party price estimates or prices that vendors publish about each other. Kolect's authenticity figure comes from its own creator database, with the method in the sources. Kolect is our product; we have tried to say plainly where each competitor is the better choice. Product names are trademarks of their owners. Spotted something out of date? Email hello@kolect.ai and we will correct it.
