Short answer

As of 16 October 2026, self-serve influencer marketing software costs from $0 on free plans to $649 a month for an entry paid plan on vendors' own pages: Heepsy Starter is $69 a month billed annually, Modash Essentials $199, GRIN Starter $200 plus a 10% fee on creator payments, and Influencer Hero Standard $454 billed yearly. Upfluence, CreatorIQ, Aspire, Kolsquare and Sprout Social publish no prices. Kolect's creator search starts at $7.20 a month.

Key takeaways
  • Entry paid plans range from $7.20 to $649 a month on vendors' own pages; five vendors publish no prices at all.
  • Annual billing saves $100 a month on Modash, 25% on Heepsy and 30% on Influencer Hero; Upfluence requires a 12-month minimum.
  • Fees on creator payments (GRIN 5–20%, Insense 7–20%) can cost more than the subscription itself.
  • Compare the unit you pay for: profiles opened, creators shown, emails unlocked or searches, not just the monthly price.
  • Free plans exist (Heepsy, GRIN, Kolect); most trials are 7–30 days, and Insense's trial is paid.

Influencer marketing software pricing is hard to compare because half the market hides it and the other half sells different units: profiles, credits, searches, emails or seats. This page puts every price we could verify in one dated table, taken only from each vendor's own pricing page on 16 October 2026, and marks the vendors that are sales-only. It then shows what a year actually costs once fees on creator payments are added, and who each tool fits.

Kolect publishes this page and is one of the tools listed. Its row is held to the same rule as everyone else's: the vendor's own page, quoted as of the check date.

How much does influencer marketing software cost?

Self-serve influencer marketing software costs from nothing to about $650 a month for the entry paid plan, before any fees on creator payments; enterprise suites do not publish prices. On the vendors' own pages, the entry paid plans with annual billing are Heepsy Starter at $69 a month3, Modash Essentials at $1994, Insense Brand at $4007 and Influencer Hero Standard at $4548; GRIN Starter is $200 a month with no annual option5. Kolect's Light plan is $7.20 a month for creator search and vetting only1.

The monthly figure is rarely the full cost. Four things move the real price:

  1. Billing period. Annual billing saves $100 a month on Modash's two self-serve plans4, 25% on Heepsy3 and 30% on Influencer Hero's yearly option8.
  2. Minimum term. Upfluence's minimum contract is 12 months11; every Influencer Hero plan has a 3-month minimum8; Insense's quarterly plans renew automatically every 3 months7.
  3. Fees on creator payments. GRIN adds 5–20% when you fund the wallet used to pay creators5; Insense adds a 7–20% marketplace fee to each creator payment7; Modash charges 5% on payouts above each plan's fee-free limit4.
  4. Usage limits. Modash Essentials includes 300 opened profiles and 150 unlocked creator emails a month4; Heepsy Starter includes 5,000 results and 100 advanced profiles a month3; Kolect Light includes 300 credits, about 600 creators1.

Five pricing models, and what each one charges for

Influencer tools charge in five ways, and the model tells you more about your final bill than the headline price.

What a year actually costs: a worked example

Fees on creator payments can outweigh the subscription, so price the whole year. Take a hypothetical brand that pays 10 micro creators a month at $400 each, the median agreed fee for micro creators (10K–100K followers) in Kolect-run campaigns17: $4,000 a month, or $48,000 a year, in creator fees. Here is the platform cost on top, using each vendor's published rates (our arithmetic):

Tool and planSubscription per yearFee on $48,000 of creator paymentsPlatform cost per year
GRIN Starter5$2,400 ($200 × 12)$4,800 (10% on wallet deposits)$7,200
Insense Brand, annual7$4,800$4,800 (10% marketplace fee)$9,600
Modash Performance, annual4$5,988$1,900 (5% above the $10,000 fee-free limit)$7,888
Influencer Hero Standard, yearly8$5,452Payout fee not stated on its pricing page$5,452 + any payout fees
Kolect Plus (3,000 credits a month), monthly1$566.40 ($47.20 × 12)None charged: creators are paid outside Kolect$566.40 + your own payment costs

The cheapest row is not automatically the best one. GRIN, Insense, Modash Performance and Influencer Hero handle creator payments inside the product, which is part of what their fees buy5748; Kolect's self-serve product covers finding and vetting creators and their public emails, so you send outreach and pay creators with your own tools. For creator fees by platform and country, see our influencer rates guide.

Tool-by-tool pricing and who should pick each

Kolect

Kolect sells credits: you can see 5 creators without an account, get 90 credits on sign-up, and 1 credit shows 2 creators; Light is $7.20 a month for 300 credits, Plus $47.20 for 3,000, Pro $159.20 for 12,000 and Max $799.20 for 75,000, each 20% off a regular $9, $59, $199 and $9991. Credit packs cost $24 for 1,000, $99 for 5,000 and $349 for 20,000 and never expire; emails of search results and CSV export cost nothing extra, and 20 fake-follower checks a day are free1. Search covers 300M+ TikTok, Instagram and YouTube profiles, with followers and views refreshed before each result is shown2.

Pick Kolect if you mainly need to find and vet creators on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube without a contract. Look elsewhere if you need outreach sequences, a CRM, creator payments, rate data, audience demographics or other platforms such as X or LinkedIn inside one tool: the self-serve product does not include them.

Heepsy

Heepsy has a free plan (500 results and 10 advanced profiles a month), then Starter at $89 a month or $69 billed annually, Plus at $199 or $149, and Advanced at $299 or $2293. Outreach emails start on Starter (300 a month), and contact-details export and creator payments come with Plus3.

Pick Heepsy if you want search, outreach and a CRM in one low-cost tool and can work within monthly result caps. Budget for Plus if you need creators' contact details exported.

Modash

Modash Essentials is $299 a month or $199 a month billed annually ($2,388 a year), Performance is $599 or $499 ($5,988 a year), and Enterprise starts at $14,700 a year4. Essentials includes 2 team members, 300 opened profiles and 150 unlocked emails a month, and 100 tracked creators; Performance adds payments and affiliate management with 0% fees up to $10,000 of payouts a year on annual billing, then 5%4. The trial lasts 14 days with no card4.

Pick Modash if you run an ongoing program and want discovery, outreach, tracking and payments in one self-serve tool. Our Modash alternatives page compares it feature by feature.

GRIN

GRIN is free at $0, Starter $200 a month, Growth $500 and Scale $1,500, each with a fee on wallet deposits (20%, 10%, 7% and 5%) that funds creator payments; Enterprise is custom and annual5. Self-serve plans are month to month, Starter has a 30-day free trial that bills $200 a month automatically unless you switch plans, and GRIN states a network of 700K+ creators5.

Pick GRIN if you gift and pay creators at volume and want that run through one platform month to month. Model the deposit fee at your creator spend first: on Free it is 20%5.

influencers.club

influencers.club's Starter (dashboard only) starts at $140 a month and Pro (API plus dashboard) at $208, with an Agency plan priced on request; its FAQ separately says the dashboard plan is $199 a month, and new accounts get 10 free credits6.

Pick influencers.club if you want creator data exports or API access priced per credit. Confirm the entry price in writing, since its own page gives two figures.

Insense

Insense's Brand plan is from $500 a month, billed $1,500 a quarter, or $400 a month billed annually ($4,800 a year); Agency is from $800 a month or $640 annually7. A marketplace fee of 20% (trial), 10% (Brand) or 7% (Agency) is added to each creator payment, and the one-month trial costs from $650 and upgrades to the quarterly Brand plan unless cancelled at least 48 hours before it ends7.

Pick Insense if you buy UGC and creator content at scale and want Meta partnership ads connections in the same tool (10 on Brand)7. Put the trial's cancellation deadline in your calendar.

Influencer Hero

Influencer Hero's Standard plan is $649 a month, $519 a month billed quarterly or $454 a month billed yearly ($5,452 a year); Pro is $1,049, $839 or $734, and Business $2,490, $1,992 or $1,7438. All plans have a 3-month minimum term, and Standard includes 1,000 reach-outs a month, product send-outs, 20 influencer payouts and 1 seat8.

Pick Influencer Hero if you want a done-with-you setup (consultation and training are listed on Standard) and can commit for at least a quarter.

HypeAuditor

HypeAuditor's pricing page shows a demo form, free media plans, campaign management and demo versions of other features, but no prices9. Its own comparison pages list Basic at $299 a month with 1 user, 500 creator analyses and 1,000 contact unlocks a month, and 1 active campaign, without stating the billing period10.

Pick HypeAuditor if you need its creator analysis reports (Basic lists 500 analyses and 10 advanced reports a month10) and are comfortable with a sales-led process. For self-serve options, see our HypeAuditor alternatives.

Upfluence

Upfluence says its pricing is "modular and custom-quoted", its minimum contract is 12 months, and a free trial is set up after an initial call; its pricing page states a "14M+ creators database"11.

Pick Upfluence if you can commit to an annual contract and want its modular plans, from Find Creators up to its Auto-pilot plan, quoted to your program11.

CreatorIQ, Aspire, Kolsquare and Sprout Social

These four publish no prices. CreatorIQ's pricing page is a request form for a call with a platform specialist12. Aspire's homepage offers Book a Demo and Talk to an Expert13. Kolsquare lists Discovery, Listening and Enterprise plans behind Book a demo, with a 30% discount for startups under 3 years old that raised under €500K and have fewer than 10 employees14. Sprout Social's pricing page lists Influencer Marketing with "No Sprout plan required" and a Schedule a demo button15.

Pick one of these if you are an enterprise or agency team that needs negotiated terms and many seats, and can wait for a quote.

Influencity

Influencity's pricing page did not display plan prices when we checked; it lists a 7-day free trial on all plans and says annual billing has a lower effective monthly cost16. Start the trial or book a call to get current figures.

Pick Influencity if you want to test the product during its free trial before you ask for a price.

Questions to ask before you sign

Ask these on every demo or trial. They are where list prices and real bills diverge.

  1. Is the quoted price billed monthly, quarterly or annually, and does it auto-renew?
  2. What is the minimum term, and how do I cancel?
  3. What does one unit buy (a creator shown, a profile opened, an email unlocked, an export)?
  4. Are contact emails included or metered separately?
  5. What percentage is added to creator payments, and is there a fee-free limit?
  6. How many seats and brands are included, and what does each extra one cost?
  7. Does the trial convert to a paid plan automatically?
  8. How fresh are the follower and view numbers I am paying to see?

How we checked these prices

Every price above was read from the vendor's own pricing page (or, for HypeAuditor's Basic plan, the vendor's own comparison page) on 16 October 2026, and each row cites that page. We did not use third-party price estimates for sales-only vendors. Vendors change prices often, so treat the check date as part of each figure, and tell us if you spot something out of date. The worked example uses one first-party input, the median agreed creator fee for micro creators in Kolect-run campaigns, defined in the sources below. Product names are trademarks of their owners.

Frequently asked questions

How much does influencer marketing software cost?

Self-serve tools with published prices start between free and about $650 a month for an entry paid plan. On vendors' own pages in October 2026, Heepsy starts at $69 a month billed annually, Modash at $199 a month billed annually, GRIN at $200 a month, Insense at $400 a month billed annually and Influencer Hero at $454 a month billed yearly. Enterprise platforms such as CreatorIQ and Upfluence quote prices only after a sales call.

How much does HypeAuditor cost?

HypeAuditor's pricing page shows a demo form rather than prices. Its own comparison pages list a Basic plan at $299 a month with 1 user, 1,000 creator contact unlocks and 1 active campaign, without saying whether that is billed monthly or annually. It also offers free media plans, campaign management and demo versions of other features.

How much does Upfluence cost per month?

Upfluence does not publish a monthly price. Its pricing page says pricing is modular and custom-quoted, that the minimum contract is 12 months, and that a free trial is set up after an initial call. Budget for an annual commitment rather than a monthly subscription.

How much does GRIN cost?

GRIN's pricing page lists Free at $0, Starter at $200 a month, Growth at $500 and Scale at $1,500, plus a fee on money you deposit into its wallet to pay creators: 20% on Free, 10% on Starter, 7% on Growth and 5% on Scale. Self-serve plans are month to month; Enterprise is custom and annual. Starter has a 30-day free trial.

How much does CreatorIQ cost?

CreatorIQ does not publish prices. Its pricing page is a request form that offers a call with a platform specialist to explain pricing and packages. Expect an enterprise sales process and ask for the contract length, seat count and data limits in writing.

How much does Aspire cost?

Aspire does not list prices on its site; its homepage offers demos through Book a Demo and Talk to an Expert buttons. Ask during the demo whether pricing is annual, how many seats and creators it includes, and whether creator payments carry a fee.

Is there free influencer marketing software?

Yes. Heepsy has a free plan with 500 results and 10 advanced profiles a month, GRIN has a $0 plan with a 20% fee on wallet deposits, and Kolect lets you see 5 creators without an account and gives 90 credits on sign-up. TikTok One, TikTok's own creator platform, has no published subscription fee; you pay creators and ad spend.

Which influencer marketing software is cheapest?

Among the tools with published prices, Kolect's Light plan at $7.20 a month is the lowest entry price, but it covers creator search and vetting only, about 600 creators a month. For search plus outreach and CRM in one tool, Heepsy Starter at $69 a month billed annually is the lowest published entry plan we found.
