A creator marketing system, deployed inside your team

We connect your orders, ad spend, reviews and creator data. Every day the system flags what changed and proposes actions with a clear success test. Your team runs them, or ours does.

Five layers

From data to action, every single day

This isn't a dashboard. The system finds what changed, works out why, acts on it and checks the result, on a daily rhythm.

  1. 01Connect

Orders, ad spend, inventory, creator deals and reviews land on one set of definitions and one timeline the day you connect, with full history backfilled.

  2. 02Detect

Detectors scan everything daily, with thresholds tuned to your own history. Not enough data means no call.

  3. 03Verify

Every signal gets a cause, checked against internal and external data. When the evidence is thin, it says so. Every number links back to its source rows.

  4. 04Act

The output is an action, not a report: the metric, the window and the control are set before anything runs. Your team executes, or Kolect's does.

  5. 05Learn

When the window closes, the result is scored automatically and logged, hit or miss. The next proposal cites your own results.

Onboarding and security

Three steps to connect, security by design

  1. 01Read-only access

Grant it on each platform's own consent screen. Read-only, about 10 minutes.

  2. 02Same-day backfill

All available history comes in the same day, and detectors start scanning right away.

  3. 03Your first check-up

On day one you get a check-up report and the first set of actions, each with a success test.

  • Read-only, revocable

Read-only access only. Revoke it on the platform and the data goes with it.

  • Isolated per brand

Each brand gets its own data space and access tokens. No brand can see another.

  • Encrypted and minimal

Encrypted in transit and at rest. No sensitive personal data on consumers.

  • Your data stays yours

Never sold, never shared, never used to serve other clients.

Ask a question
How is this different from Full service?

The Custom OS is a system your own team uses. With Full service, our team runs the program for you. You can combine them: the system on your data, with our team executing.

Which data do you connect?

Usually orders, ad spend, creator deals and reviews. Where to start depends on your business goals, and you can add sources later.

Is our data safe?

Access is read-only and revocable at any time. Each brand's data is isolated and is never sold, shared or used for other clients.

How fast can we start?

Granting access takes about 10 minutes. History is backfilled the same day, and your first check-up report arrives that day too.

How is it priced?

Per project, once we agree on the data to connect and the modules to run.
