Teams look for an Influencity alternative for three reasons: they pay for a full suite but mostly use search, they want a published price they can budget against, or they need something the suite does differently, such as deeper fraud checks or a payout wallet. This page compares five alternatives as of 21 October 2026, using each vendor’s own pages: what Influencity offers and costs today, what each alternative costs, how fresh its data is, and who should pick it. Influencity remains the better choice in several cases, and we say which.
Influencity alternatives compared at a glance
The lowest published paid plan among these tools is Kolect’s Light at $7.20 a month5. Influencity’s own pricing page no longer shows prices1; the figure below is the last public capture we could find. Database figures are each vendor’s own claim.

What does Influencity do, and what does it cost?
Influencity is an all-in-one influencer management platform: discovery across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitch, an IRM (its CRM for creators), campaign management from briefing and casting calls to content validation, bulk creator payments in more than 180 countries, and customizable white-label reports2. A Chrome extension analyzes a creator’s profile while you browse Instagram, TikTok or YouTube2.
Pricing. As of 21 October 2026, Influencity’s pricing page lists no prices. It says every plan has a 7-day free trial, that annual billing gives a lower effective monthly cost, that monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle, and that plans may carry usage limits1. The most recent public record we found is a PricingSaaS capture of the page from 28 September 2026, which showed four tiers4:
The capture doesn’t say whether these are monthly or annual-billing prices4, and third-party reviews quote other figures from earlier price lists. Confirm the current price inside the trial before you compare.
Database size. Influencity’s homepage says Discover “tracks 200M+ global creators” in one section and cites “over 350 million profiles” in its FAQ2; its compare page claims “+130M TikTok influencers”3. Quote whichever figure you rely on with its page, and test coverage in your own niche during the trial.
Why do teams look for an Influencity alternative?
The usual reasons are fit and budgeting, not a broken product:
- Suite price for search use. Teams that use Influencity mainly to find creators and get their emails pay for an IRM, campaigns, payments and reporting they don’t use.
- No published price. With prices removed from its pricing page1, finance teams can’t budget or compare without a trial or a sales conversation.
- Conflicting database claims. 200M+ and 350M+ on the same homepage2 make it hard to compare coverage with other tools.
- Different strengths elsewhere. Some teams want deeper audience-quality scoring (HypeAuditor), Shopify-led gifting and affiliates (Modash, GRIN), or LinkedIn creators (Heepsy).
How fresh is each tool’s data?
Freshness matters as much as size: a follower or view count that is weeks old gives you the wrong shortlist and the wrong price.
| Tool | Refresh statement (vendor’s words) |
|---|---|
| Kolect | Followers and views are “refreshed before each result is shown”6 |
| HypeAuditor | Updated weekly, “more frequent” for high-activity accounts12 |
| Influencity | Its pricing and home pages don’t state a refresh frequency12 |
| Heepsy | Its pricing page doesn’t state a refresh frequency11 |
Kolect: search, vetting and emails without the suite
Kolect is an AI creator search for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube: describe the creators you want in one sentence and search 300M+ profiles, with each result’s followers and views refreshed before it is shown, a match reason, the matching videos and a 0–100 audience authenticity score6. Against Influencity, the difference is scope and price: Kolect covers the find-vet-contact part of the job, not the campaign workflow.
Pricing. Light $7.20/mo (300 credits, about 600 creators), Plus $47.20, Pro $159.20 and Max $799.20, each 20% off the regular price; yearly billing gives 2 months free; credit packs start at $24 for 1,000 credits and never expire5. Contact emails are included in every plan, and 20 fake-follower checks a day are free5.
Why views matter more than followers. In Kolect’s database, 15.8% of TikTok accounts with 5K+ followers had median views below Kolect’s size-adjusted warning line, against 1.1% on Instagram and 11.7% on YouTube8. On TikTok especially, check views before you book.
Put the tool next to the creator budget. In Kolect-managed campaigns, the median agreed fee for one micro creator (10K–100K followers) was $300 on TikTok, $400 on Instagram and $500 on YouTube9. At the Discover price in the September capture, $158 a month4, a year of the platform ($1,896) is about the median fee of four to six micro-creator posts.
- Best for: teams that mainly need to find, vet and email creators on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, on a small monthly budget.
- Watch out for: no IRM, campaign workflows, payments or reporting in the self-serve product; no audience demographics or creator rate data; three platforms only.
- Pick Influencity instead if: you want discovery, relationship management, casting calls, payments and white-label reports in one tool2.
See how search works on the influencer search page, or find addresses with the influencer email finder. If you would rather hand the program over, the Kolect team’s managed creator marketing runs strategy, shortlisting, outreach, contracts, delivery and creator payment, and the brand approves the creators and the content7. Modash: the closest like-for-like suite
Modash is the alternative to shortlist if you want to keep a full suite but see the price up front. It claims 380M+ creators with 1K+ followers on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube10.
Pricing. Essentials is $199 a month, $2,388 paid yearly, with 300 opened profiles and 150 unlocked emails a month; Performance is $499 a month, $5,988 yearly, with 800 profiles, 400 emails and payouts at 0% fee up to $10K a year, 5% above that10. Enterprise starts at $14,700 a year; the 14-day trial needs no card10.
- Best for: Shopify brands that want search, inbox, gifting, affiliates and payouts in one subscription.
- Watch out for: metered email unlocks on every plan10.
- Pick Influencity instead if: you need Twitch, casting calls or white-label reporting2.

Heepsy: a cheaper suite with a free plan
Heepsy is the budget suite: search, a CRM on every plan, outreach from Starter and creator payments from Plus, across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn11.
Pricing. Free $0 (500 results and 10 advanced profiles a month); Starter $89 monthly or $69 a month billed annually; Plus $199 or $149; Advanced $299 or $22911. Contact details come with the advanced profiles you unlock, and contact-details export starts on Plus11.
- Best for: small teams that want a suite for under $100 a month, or LinkedIn creators11.
- Watch out for: a 20M+ database, far smaller than the others here11.
- Pick Influencity instead if: database size and multi-currency payouts matter more than price2.
See our Heepsy alternatives page for more.
HypeAuditor: deeper audience-quality checks
HypeAuditor is the pick when vetting matters most. It covers Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X and Twitch, updates data weekly (more often for high-activity accounts) and scores audiences with its Audience Quality Score, a documented 1–100 machine-learning score12.
Pricing. HypeAuditor’s own comparison page lists Basic at $299 a month without stating the billing period: 1 user, 500 creator analyses and 10 advanced reports a month, 1,000 contact unlocks, 1 active campaign, no lookalike search, and Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento integrations13.
- Best for: teams that run a fraud and audience check before every booking.
- Watch out for: a single user and a single active campaign on Basic13.
- Pick Influencity instead if: you need several users and full campaign workflows in one plan.
See our HypeAuditor alternatives page, or the head-to-head Modash vs HypeAuditor.
GRIN: programs with a payout wallet
GRIN suits teams whose main job is running gifting, affiliate and paid programs. Free is $0 with a 20% management fee, Starter $200 a month with 10%, Growth $500 with 7% and Scale $1,500 with 5%; the fee is added to wallet deposits and isn’t refunded on unspent funds14. Self-serve plans are month to month, and Starter has a 30-day trial14.
- Best for: Shopify brands running repeat creator programs with payouts.
- Watch out for: a “700K+” creator network, much smaller than a search index14, and a fee on every deposit.
- Pick Influencity instead if: discovery across hundreds of millions of profiles is the priority2.

How to test an alternative during Influencity’s 7-day trial
Influencity’s trial lasts seven days1, so run both tools side by side with a plan.
- Write three real briefs from recent campaigns, for example “German fitness micro creators on Instagram who post home workouts”.
- Run each brief in Influencity and one alternative on the same day and count the creators you would actually contact.
- Count usable emails among those results and what each costs under the plan’s limits.
- Check five creators by hand. Compare each tool’s follower and view counts with the live profile; stale data shows here first.
- Check authenticity on your top picks with the free fake follower checker.
- Ask for the price in writing before day seven, with seats, usage limits and the billing period.

How we compared these tools
We read each vendor’s own pricing and product pages on 21 October 2026 and quoted prices, limits, database claims and refresh statements as the vendor states them, with links. Influencity’s pricing page no longer lists prices, so we cite the most recent dated public capture of it and say so. Where a vendor’s page doesn’t mention something, we say that rather than claiming it is missing. We did not use review-site scores. Kolect’s authenticity and creator-fee figures come from its own data, with the method in the sources. Kolect is our product; we have tried to say plainly where each competitor, including Influencity, is the better choice. Product names are trademarks of their owners. Spotted something out of date? Email hello@kolect.ai and we will correct it.
