Most teams look for a Heepsy alternative for one of three reasons: they need more creators with contact emails each month than their plan allows, they want a larger database, or they need deeper audience checks. This page compares five alternatives as of 18 October 2026, using each vendor's own pricing and product pages: what each costs, how many contactable creators a plan really gives you, how fresh the data is, and who should pick it. Heepsy is the better choice in several cases, and the sections below say which.
Heepsy alternatives compared at a glance
The lowest-priced paid plan among these tools is Kolect's Light at $7.20 a month2; Heepsy's Starter is $89 billed monthly or $69 a month billed annually1. Database figures are each vendor's own claim, in its own words.

What does Heepsy do well, and what does it cost?
Heepsy is a self-serve influencer search and outreach tool covering Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, with AI, lookalike and text search, 30+ filters and a CRM available even on its free plan1. Its strength is a complete small-team workflow at a low monthly price.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed annually | Search results / month | Advanced profiles / month | Outreach |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 500 | 10 | Not listed1 |
| Starter | $89 | $69/mo | 5,000 | 100 | 300 outreach emails a month1 |
| Plus | $199 | $149/mo | 25,000 | 500 | 500 mailing sequences a month1 |
| Advanced | $299 | $229/mo | 100,000 | 2,000 | 2,000 mailing sequences a month1 |
Heepsy says annual billing saves 25%, that you can cancel whenever you like and keep access to the end of the billing period, and that there is no annual lock-in1.
What stands out on Heepsy's own pricing page:
- E-commerce on every plan. Shopify and WooCommerce integration is listed on the free plan1.
- Outreach from Starter. Individual and bulk emailing, two-way email sync, templates and content, clicks and sales tracking1.
- Payments and vetting from Plus. Creator payments, an audience authenticity filter and an audience quality score filter1.
- LinkedIn. Heepsy is one of the few tools in this list that searches LinkedIn creators1.
An important limit: emails. Heepsy's page says "Contact emails are only included for advanced profiles you've unlocked, where the creator has public contact details"1. So the advanced-profile allowance (100 a month on Starter) is also your ceiling on emails.
Why do teams look for a Heepsy alternative?
The usual reasons are volume and depth, not a broken product:
- Emails run out first. On Starter, 5,000 search results a month come with 100 advanced profiles, and only those carry emails1. Teams doing outreach at volume hit that ceiling before the search limit.
- Database size. Heepsy claims 20M+ creators1; Modash claims 380M+7 and Kolect 300M+3. In a narrow niche or a smaller market, a bigger index can mean a longer shortlist.
- Vetting sits on Plus. The audience authenticity and audience quality score filters start on Plus at $149 a month billed annually1.
- Outdated comparisons. The Heepsy alternatives article that tops search today, from Modash, is dated June 2025 and cites an older "more than 11 million" database claim14. Heepsy's current pricing page lists 20M+ creators, Shopify and WooCommerce on Free and creator payments on Plus1. Judge Heepsy on its current page, not on old reviews.
How many contactable creators does each plan give you?
This is the comparison most Heepsy alternatives pages skip. Take a hypothetical team that needs about a hundred new creators with emails every month. Here is the cheapest plan on each vendor's page that covers that, and what it includes.
| Tool and plan | Price, as published | What the plan includes for contacts |
|---|---|---|
| Kolect Light | $7.20/mo2 | 300 credits, about 600 creators; contact emails included in every plan2 |
| Heepsy Starter | $89 monthly, or $69/mo billed annually1 | 100 advanced profiles, each with an email if the creator made one public1 |
| Modash Essentials | $199/mo on annual billing7 | 150 unlocked creator emails and 300 opened profiles a month7 |
| HypeAuditor Basic | $299/mo, billing period not stated9 | 1,000 creator contact unlocks; 1 user, 1 active campaign9 |
Every tool here shows only emails creators have made public, so no plan guarantees an email for each creator. Run your own brief in each tool and count usable emails before you pay.
Put the tool cost next to the creator budget. In Kolect-managed campaigns, the median agreed fee for one micro creator (10K–100K followers) was $300 on TikTok and $400 on Instagram6. A year of Heepsy Starter on annual billing ($69 × 12 = $828)1 is about the price of two or three of those collaborations. For a small team, the tool is rarely the main cost; the creators you pick are.
How fresh is each tool's data?
Freshness matters more than database size: a follower or view count that is weeks old gives you the wrong shortlist and the wrong price. Here is what each vendor says about updates.
| Tool | Refresh statement (vendor's words) |
|---|---|
| Kolect | Followers and views are "refreshed before each result is shown"3 |
| HypeAuditor | "Weekly, more frequent for high-activity accounts"10 |
| Modash | "Search results are updated within 2 weeks"; unlocked profiles refresh "every 2-4 weeks"8 |
| Heepsy | Its pricing page doesn't state a refresh frequency1 |
Kolect: more creators with emails per dollar
Kolect is an AI creator search for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube: describe the creators you want in one sentence and search 300M+ profiles, with each result's followers and views refreshed before it is shown, a match reason, the matching videos and a 0–100 authenticity score3. Against Heepsy, the difference is volume: emails come with search results instead of a separate profile allowance.
Pricing. Light $7.20/mo (300 credits), Plus $47.20, Pro $159.20, Max $799.20, each billed monthly at 20% off the regular price; yearly billing gives 2 months free; credit packs start at $24 for 1,000 credits and never expire2. One credit shows 2 creators, and contact emails are included in every plan2.
Try it. See 5 creators without an account, then get 90 credits on sign-up; 20 fake-follower checks a day are free2. The same search works from Claude, Codex and other AI assistants through MCP, a CLI or a skill, on free accounts too4.
Why a TikTok check matters. In Kolect's own database, 15.8% of TikTok accounts with 5K+ followers had median views below Kolect's size-adjusted warning line, against 1.1% on Instagram and 11.7% on YouTube5. On TikTok, a follower count alone says less than on Instagram, so check views before you pay.
- Best for: brands and agencies whose bottleneck is finding enough creators with emails on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, on a small monthly budget.
- Watch out for: three platforms only (no LinkedIn); no CRM, outreach sequences, Shopify integration or creator payments in the self-serve product; no audience demographics or creator rate data; authenticity and niche are estimates4.
- Pick Heepsy instead if: you want to email creators from inside the tool, track sales through Shopify or WooCommerce, pay creators in one place, or search LinkedIn1.
You can find creators' emails with Kolect's influencer email finder or extend a good shortlist with similar creators. If you would rather hand the program over, the Kolect team runs managed creator marketing in which the brand approves the creators and the content3.
Modash: a larger database and a Shopify-first suite
Modash is the closest self-serve alternative if you want a bigger index without giving up a CRM. It claims 380M+ creator profiles on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube (creators with 1K+ followers), with Shopify integration and gifting on Essentials and affiliate management on Performance7.
Pricing. Essentials is $199 a month on annual billing ($2,388 a year) and Performance $499 a month ($5,988 a year); Enterprise starts at $14,700 a year7. Modash's FAQ says annual billing saves $100 a month on both plans7. Essentials includes 2 team members, 300 opened profiles and 150 unlocked emails a month; Performance 5 members, 800 profiles and 400 emails7. The 14-day trial needs no card and includes 20 profile views and 6 email unlocks7.
- Best for: Shopify brands that want a larger database, gifting and affiliate tools in one subscription.
- Watch out for: a higher entry price than Heepsy, and metered email unlocks7.
- Pick Heepsy instead if: you need LinkedIn creators, a free plan you can keep, or a lower monthly bill1.
Our Modash alternatives page compares it with other tools in more depth.
HypeAuditor: the deepest audience-quality checks
HypeAuditor is the alternative to pick if vetting matters more than price. It covers Instagram, Twitch, YouTube, X and TikTok, refreshes data weekly (more often for high-activity accounts) and scores audiences with its Audience Quality Score, "a documented 1-100 ML-based score"10.
Pricing. HypeAuditor's own comparison page lists Basic at $299 a month without stating the billing period: 1 user, 1,000 creator contact unlocks, 1 active campaign, no lookalike search, and Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento integrations9.
- Best for: teams that run a fraud and audience check before every booking.
- Watch out for: a single user and a single active campaign on Basic9.
- Pick Heepsy instead if: your budget is under $100 a month or you need LinkedIn1.

Favikon: for LinkedIn and X creators
Favikon is the alternative for teams that chose Heepsy for LinkedIn. It says it scores 10M+ creators across nine networks, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and X, with an authenticity score "built to catch manipulation on LinkedIn and X"13.
Pricing. A free plan with 15 credits a month; Core at €159 or €199 a month and Pro at €239 or €299 depending on billing period; Enterprise from €499 a month12. Finding a creator's email costs 3 credits, and Favikon's page says it does not process creator payments yet12.
- Best for: B2B brands whose creators are on LinkedIn and X.
- Watch out for: prices in euros, and credits shared between search and email lookups12.
- Pick Heepsy instead if: you want outreach and creator payments in one tool for a lower entry price, from $69 a month billed annually1.
GRIN: month-to-month programs with payments built in
GRIN suits teams that want to run gifting, paid, affiliate and UGC programs from one place. Every plan includes its Gia AI agent, unlimited CRM contacts, one-click Shopify and an escrow wallet with payouts through Stripe11.
Pricing. Free $0 with a 20% management fee; Starter $200 a month with 10%; Growth $500 with 7%; Scale $1,500 with 5%; the fee is added to what you deposit into your GRIN wallet11. Self-serve plans are month to month, and Starter has a 30-day trial that bills $200 a month unless you switch before day 3011.
- Best for: Shopify brands that want program management and payouts more than raw search.
- Watch out for: the wallet fee on every creator payment, and a 700K+ creator network that is far smaller than the search indexes above11.
- Pick Heepsy instead if: you want a larger searchable database and no fee on what you pay creators1.

How to test an alternative before you pay
- Write three real briefs from recent campaigns, for example "UK skincare micro creators on TikTok who film morning routines".
- Run each brief in Heepsy and one alternative on the same day, and count the results you would actually contact.
- Count usable emails among those results, and the cost of each under the plan's limits.
- Check five creators by hand. Compare each tool's follower and view counts with the creator's profile today; stale data shows up here first.
- Run a fake-follower check on your top picks with the free fake follower checker; our guide on how to identify fake followers explains what to look for.
- Price the full year: platform fee, email or profile limits, payment fees and seats.

How we compared these tools
We read each vendor's own pricing and product pages on 18 October 2026 and quoted prices, limits, database claims and refresh statements as the vendor states them, with links. Where a vendor's page doesn't mention something, we say that its page doesn't list it rather than claiming it is missing. We did not use review-site scores or third-party price estimates. Kolect's authenticity and creator-fee figures come from its own data, with the method in the sources. Kolect is our product; we have tried to say plainly where each competitor, including Heepsy, is the better choice. Product names are trademarks of their owners. Spotted something out of date? Email hello@kolect.ai and we will correct it.
