Where do TikTok creators put their email?
Creators who want brand work publish a business email in one of five places: the bio, an email button on the profile, the link-in-bio page, another platform they link to, or their manager’s details. That published address is the only one you can find. The email or phone number an account signs in with is private, so a “TikTok email lookup” that claims to reveal it is either returning one of the public addresses below or guessing.
| Where to look | What it looks like | What to watch for |
|---|---|---|
| Bio text | “📩 collabs@…”, “business: name at gmail dot com” | Often written out with “at” and “dot” or spaces; rebuild it carefully and check for typos |
| Email button on the profile | An email option in the profile header, added by the account owner | Check the profile in the TikTok app; it can look different on the web |
| Link in bio | Linktree, Beacons or Stan page, a personal site, a media kit | Look for “Contact”, “Work with me” or “Brand inquiries”; a contact form counts |
| Linked Instagram or YouTube | Instagram’s Contact button; YouTube’s “View email address” | The same creator often lists a fuller business address on another platform |
| Manager or agency | “mgmt:”, “Managed by @agency”, a talent agency’s email | Larger creators route deals through a manager: write to the manager, not around them |
When a creator lists both a personal address and a “collabs” or management address, use the business one. It’s the inbox the creator set up for offers, and writing to a personal address they didn’t offer for deals starts the conversation badly.
How to find a TikTok creator’s email by hand: 5 steps
Checking one creator by hand takes a couple of minutes if you go in this order and stop at the first business address you find.
- Read the bio in the TikTok app. Look for an address, an envelope emoji followed by a written-out email, or a line such as “business inquiries:”. Then look for an email button in the profile header.
- Open the link in bio. On Linktree, Beacons or Stan pages, the email is usually under “Contact” or “Work with me”. On a personal site, check the contact page and the footer. A media kit PDF usually lists the address on its last page.
- Check the creator’s other platforms. TikTok profiles often link Instagram and YouTube. On YouTube, open the channel’s About section and select “View email address”; it only appears if the channel owner provided one.5 On Instagram, check the Contact or Email button on professional accounts.
- Search the handle on the web. Try the handle with “email”, “collab” or “management”. This turns up talent-agency rosters and older media kits.
- Ask. If you still have nothing, send a short DM from your brand account asking for the best address for brand deals (template below).
Note where each address came from as you go. An address from the profile itself needs no further check; one from a directory or an old media kit should be confirmed before you send anything that matters (the checklist further down shows how).
How to find TikTok influencer emails in bulk
For a shortlist of 20 or 200 creators, don’t look them up one by one: search for creators who already list a public email and export the list. In Kolect, describe the creators you need and add “with a public email” to keep only creators who list one; viewing an email on a search result costs no credits on any plan, and you spend credits only on the creators a search returns (1 credit shows 2).11 You can search and see 5 creators without an account, and sign-up gives 90 credits.12 Save the creators you want and export a CSV with emails, followers and authenticity scores; exporting is free.11
Two other routes fit different starting points:
- You already have a creator’s profile link. In Kolect, looking up an email from a profile link costs 5 credits when one is found.11
- You’re browsing TikTok itself. The free Kolect Chrome extension puts a K beside the creator’s name on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube profiles. Its panel shows followers, median views of the videos on screen, view rate, viral rate and, on TikTok, likes and an estimated engagement rate; signed in, it also shows the bio email and saves the creator to a Kolect collection.13 See the extension page.
If you don’t have names yet, start from a ranked list of TikTok creators for your country and niche or from a creator search across 300M+ creators, where followers and views are refreshed before each result is shown.14 Our guide to finding TikTok influencers covers the search itself.
Free TikTok email finder tools compared (October 2026)
Every finder below surfaces addresses that creators made public; none can reveal a private sign-in email. What differs is how much you get free and whether it works in bulk.
| Tool | Free allowance | Account needed? | Works in bulk? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kolect creator search | 5 creators without an account; 90 credits on sign-up, 1 credit shows 2 creators; emails on results cost no credits12 | Only beyond the first 5 creators | Yes: filter to “with a public email”, free CSV export11 |
| Kolect Chrome extension | Free to install; the bio email shows when signed in13 | Yes, for the email | No, one profile at a time |
| Modash TikTok email finder | 5 emails without starting a trial, then a 14-day free trial8 | Trial for more than 5 | In the paid platform, which also sends outreach and follow-ups in bulk8 |
| IQFluence TikTok email finder | “Up to 5 per session”; unlocking an email may require an account9 | Sometimes | Not in the free finder |
| CreatiVault TikTok email finder | Single lookups free without an account; batch up to 100 profiles a month with a free account10 | For batches | Yes, with an account |
| YouTube “View email address” | Free, when the channel owner provided an address5 | No | No |
Free allowances are as each vendor’s page stated them in October 2026; check before you rely on them. Database sizes are each vendor’s own claim (Modash says 380M influencer profiles8). Where others are stronger: Modash’s paid platform sends outreach and follow-ups from inside the tool,8 while Kolect’s self-serve product finds creators and their emails but doesn’t send email. You send from your own inbox, using these outreach templates.
What to do when a TikTok creator has no email
No email usually means the creator handles deals somewhere else, not that they’re closed to them. Four options, roughly in order:
-
DM from your brand account and ask for the address. Keep it to three lines and put the offer in the email, not the DM. A message from an account the creator doesn’t follow usually lands in message requests, so write it so it can be judged in one glance:
Hi [name], I’m [your name] from [brand]. Loved your [specific video]. We’d like to pay you for a TikTok video about [product]. What’s the best email for brand deals?
-
Invite through TikTok One. If the creator is enrolled, you can request to collaborate from Explore Creators, or share a project through a shortlist or fast invite link.3 The invitation reaches them inside TikTok, with no email needed. See our TikTok One guide.
-
Send a TikTok Shop target collaboration. For affiliate deals, sellers can invite creators from the Find creators page in Seller Center, individually or in bulk, with a commission between 1% and 80% of GMV and an optional free sample.4 See how to find creators for TikTok Shop.
-
Move to a similar creator. If someone lists no contact route at all, they may not be taking deals right now. A similar-creator search finds lookalikes who do list an email.
Why you should skip TikTok email scrapers and bought lists
Scrapers and bought “influencer email lists” look like shortcuts, but they put your TikTok account, your email domain and your reputation with creators at risk.
- They break TikTok’s terms. TikTok’s US terms of service, last updated July 15, 2026, prohibit scraping, crawling or otherwise extracting data from the platform with bots or other automated systems unless TikTok approves it in writing.1
- Bulk automation can get accounts banned. TikTok’s integrity guidelines, effective September 24, 2026, prohibit automation tools and scripts designed to bypass its systems and say they can lead to content removal or account bans.2 That covers bulk-DM tools run from your brand account.
- Public isn’t the same as free to harvest. In a 2023 joint statement, 12 data protection authorities, including the UK’s ICO and Canada’s privacy commissioner, said publicly accessible personal information is still subject to data protection and privacy laws in most jurisdictions, and listed unwanted direct marketing and spam among the harms of scraping.6
- Inbox providers penalize it. Google’s sender guidelines tell senders not to buy email addresses from other companies and to keep spam rates in Postmaster Tools below 0.10%, never reaching 0.30%.7 Cold mail to creators who never asked to hear from you is the fastest way to cross that line.
The line is simple: look up the address a creator published for business, and send them one relevant offer. A search tool that shows those published addresses is doing the lookup for you; a scraper that harvests every address it can reach is not.
How to check a TikTok creator’s email before you send
Before a first email, confirm two things: that the address belongs to the creator (or their manager), and that your email will arrive.
- Prefer addresses from the creator’s own pages. An address on the profile, the link in bio or a linked channel is the creator’s own. One from a directory or an old media kit may be stale.
- Confirm anything else by DM. “Is collabs@… still the best address for brand deals?” from your brand account settles it in one reply.
- Check a manager’s address against the agency. The domain should match the agency’s website, and the agency should list the creator. Treat a free-mail “manager” who appears out of nowhere with caution.
- Proofread written-out addresses. “name at gmail dot com” and emoji-wrapped addresses are where typos happen.
- Send from your company domain, set up properly. Google requires every sender to set up SPF or DKIM, and if messages start bouncing it says to reduce sending volume until the error rate falls.7
- Vet the creator, not just the address. Kolect’s 0–100 authenticity score uses eight checks, and the free fake follower checker runs six of them in your browser.15 Our guide to identifying fake followers shows what to look for by hand.
The first reply from that address is the final confirmation.
A worked example: building a list of TikTok creators with emails
This is a hypothetical workflow for a skincare brand that wants about 30 US micro creators on TikTok, every one with a business email. For US rates and rules, see how to find influencers in the USA.
- Search. In Kolect’s creator search, describe the brief: “US skincare micro creators on TikTok who review products, with a public email.” Then set the follower range in the editable filters. Or start from the US skincare list.
- Shortlist on views and fit, not followers. Open each creator’s matching videos and authenticity score, and drop anyone whose recent views are far below their follower count. Our 6-point scorecard covers the rest of the fit check.
- Export. Save the shortlist to a collection and export the CSV with emails.
- Fill the gaps. For favorites without an email, run the five manual steps above, then DM for an address or, for affiliate deals, send a TikTok Shop target collaboration.
- Send one-to-one. Write each first email yourself, mentioning a specific video, from your company domain. Use the templates in our influencer outreach guide, budget with TikTok rate benchmarks, and confirm terms in writing with our influencer contract template.
If you’d rather hand off outreach, rates and contracts entirely, Kolect’s managed creator marketing team runs campaigns end to end and has worked with 150+ brands.14
